About Golden Rock Villas

Golden Rock Villas is a newly established, boutique real estate agency based in Catalunya – founded with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between the complexities of the Spanish property market and the needs of international buyers. Led by a native Polish professional who has called Barcelona home for over 15 years, Golden Rock Villas offers deep local insight and a tailored approach for international clients – specializing in premium properties across Catalunya.

Navigating the Spanish real estate system can be daunting – especially for foreigners. That’s why we’re here: to make the process transparent, smooth, and rewarding from the first viewing to the final signature. At Golden Rock Villas, we’re here to guide you through every step with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Let’s create something extraordinary together!

Why I started this

Hi, I’m Kasia, founder of Golden Rock Villas, and I’m thrilled to welcome you into our world of real estate excellence!

After 10+ years of transforming operations across industries – including senior roles in hospitality – I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most forward-thinking companies out there. From streamlining processes and leading top-performing teams to adopting cutting-edge tech, I’ve always focused on delivering outstanding results and unforgettable experiences.
But I didn’t just want to support change – I wanted to lead it. That’s why I founded Golden Rock Villas: to combine my operational expertise, hospitality mindset, and deep passion for real estate into something truly impactful.

I’ve worked closely with major platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as private buyers, sellers, and investors – also bringing the experience I gained as Director for Spain at a leading ultra-luxury travel agency to deliver smooth, high-end experiences rooted in local knowledge and global standards.

As a certified and homologated real estate agent in Catalunya and Spain, I offer professional, legally compliant services across the property spectrum – whether you’re looking to buy, sell, invest, or turn your property into a high-performing holiday rental.

Fluent in Polish, Spanish and English, and deeply connected to both the Catalan and broader Spanish markets, I stay ahead of trends, regulations, and opportunities – so you don’t have to.

Thank you for trusting us – your goals are our priority, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
